Since I am currently cutting, I am not as worried about strength anymore as I did when I bulked. I created this to further my lifting goals and to blog about them and hopefully help or inspire whoever might be reading. I will be updating it constantly throughout the time it is up, and should post updates every 3-4 times a week.
